Who we are

• Medyssa ("we", "us") is a facilitation service that connects people in the UK with hair transplant clinics in Turkey. We are not a medical provider — we don't perform procedures or give medical advice. Your medical care is between you and the clinic. What we collect when you fill in our form or message us, we collect:

• Your name and contact details (WhatsApp number, email, country).

• What you're looking for (e.g. the area you'd like treated).

• Any photos or health details you choose to share with us, so a clinic can prepare an accurate quote. We only collect what you give us. You don't have to share photos on the form — you can do that later on WhatsApp if you prefer.

  Why we use it, and our legal basis

  We use your information only to:

• Respond to your enquiry and talk to you about it (on WhatsApp/email).

• Share your details with a partner clinic so they can prepare a quote for you. Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form and ticking the consent box. You can withdraw it at any time (see "Your rights" below).

  Who we share it with

• A partner clinic in Turkey, so they can give you a quote. The clinic is a separate organisation responsible for your medical care and its own use of your data.

• We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else for marketing. Because our clinics are in Turkey (outside the UK/EEA), sharing your details means your information is transferred internationally. We only share what's needed for your quote, and only after you've consented.

  How long we keep it

• If you become a customer, we keep your details while we're helping you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.

• If you don't go ahead, we delete your enquiry details on request, and routinely clear out old enquiries we no longer need.

  Your rights

  You can ask us to:

• See what data we hold about you,

• Correct it if it's wrong,

• Delete it,

• or Stop using it / withdraw your consent. Just message us on WhatsApp +90 532 769 61 44 or email hello@medyssa.com and we'll sort it. Withdrawing consent won't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

  How we protect it

• We keep your information only in the tools we use to run the service (our messaging, email and a secure record), limit who can see it, and only pass it to the clinic quoting for you.

  Changes

• If we change this note, we'll update the date above.
